Delete your data
This page is for the Deyloq app (com.deyloq.app), published by AEUREON LLC. Deyloq has no user accounts, so there is no account to close: your workspace lives only on your device, and the one record kept anywhere else is the anonymous purchase record described below.
1. Erase your workspace in the app
- Open Deyloq and go to Settings (on a phone: More → Settings).
- Open Privacy & Data, tap Erase all data, then Erase…
- Type ERASE to confirm and tap Erase everything.
Every task, project, note, attachment, habit, goal, course, document, finance value and setting on that device is deleted immediately and permanently. The automatic safety copies Deyloq keeps inside its own storage are deleted at the same time. Only two things remain on the device: the 7-day evaluation’s two dates (its start date and the last date the app was used, no content) and, if you turned it on, the App Lock setting — both in the device’s secure storage. If you might want your data back, save a backup first; the confirmation screen offers to do it for you.
2. Or uninstall the app
Uninstalling Deyloq removes the app, your workspace and its automatic safety copies from that device. On iPhone and iPad, iOS keeps the evaluation’s two dates in the Keychain, so reinstalling does not start a new evaluation.
3. Backups and safety copies
- Backup files you saved yourself — in Files, a folder on an Android device, a cloud drive, an email or a chat — are ordinary files outside Deyloq. Erasing the app’s data does not touch them: delete them wherever you stored them.
- Automatic safety copies (up to three, kept in the app’s own storage on the device) are removed by Erase all data and by uninstalling the app.
- Your device’s own backup (iCloud Backup or Google’s Android backup) may hold a copy of Deyloq’s data until that backup is replaced or deleted, under Apple’s or Google’s terms. You can exclude Deyloq from it or delete it in your iCloud or Google account settings.
4. Ask us to delete the information kept outside your device
Deyloq has no accounts and no server of ours holding your content, so there is no copy of your workspace to delete on our side. The only information about you that exists outside your device is created when you buy a plan: Apple or Google process the payment, and RevenueCat — the service Deyloq uses to confirm plans — keeps an anonymous purchase record (an app-generated user ID, the plan bought, its dates and basic device and store information; never your name or payment details).
To have that record deleted, email support@deyloq.com with the subject “Delete my purchase record” and tell us the store (App Store or Google Play), the plan and the approximate purchase date. The record carries no name, so if you can, include the order number from your Apple or Google Play receipt so we can find it. We delete the record from RevenueCat and confirm by email, normally within 30 days. After deletion, Restore Purchases can no longer find that plan on a new device.
5. What may be kept, and why
- Store transaction history. Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases and refunds under their terms; we cannot delete those, and Deyloq does not need them to work.
- Legal, accounting and fraud prevention. We may keep what the law requires about a sale — such as tax and accounting records of the amount, date, country and store — and the minimum needed to handle an open refund, dispute or chargeback, or to prevent abuse of the one-time evaluation. These records do not include your workspace content.
- Nothing else. Deyloq collects no analytics, no advertising identifiers and no account data, so there is nothing further to retain.
Subscriptions
Deleting your data, your purchase record or the app does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are managed — and refunds requested — in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
