Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Deyloq is built so that your information stays with you. This policy explains exactly what that means.
Who we are
Deyloq is published by AEUREON LLC (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@deyloq.com.
The short version
- Deyloq has no accounts. You never give us a name, email address or password.
- Everything you create in Deyloq is stored in the app’s storage on your device. We never receive it.
- Deyloq contains no advertising and no tracking, and it does not analyse how you use the app. The only information that leaves your device is the record of a purchase, handled by RevenueCat (see “App stores and purchases”).
- Deyloq asks for no permissions up front. It asks to send notifications only when you first start a Focus session, so it can tell you when the session ends. If you turn on App Lock, your device checks your Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or passcode; Deyloq never receives biometric data and keeps only the App Lock setting, in your device’s secure storage. It uses the camera (and, for video, the microphone) only if you choose to take a photo or video to attach to a note or use as your profile picture — and that stays on your device. It never asks for your location or contacts.
Information stored on your device
Your tasks, events, projects, notes, library items and attachments, habits, goals, courses and flashcards, writing, finance values, focus history and settings are saved locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to us or to any third party by Deyloq.
Because we don’t hold your information, we cannot see, recover or delete it for you. Removing the app, or using Settings → Privacy & Data → Erase all data, deletes it from that device.
One small exception, so the free 7-day evaluation is used once: its start date and the latest date the app has seen (two dates, no content) are kept in your device’s secure storage — on iPhone and iPad, the Keychain, which iOS keeps after the app is removed — and are included in your backups. Erasing your data or reinstalling the app therefore does not start a new evaluation.
Backups and exports
When you choose to save a backup or export your notes, Deyloq creates a file and hands it to your device’s share sheet or, on Android, saves it to a folder you pick. Where that file goes — Files, a folder, a cloud drive, an email — is your choice and is governed by the service you choose. Backups contain all of your Deyloq data, so store them somewhere you trust.
The iPhone, iPad and Android app also keeps up to three automatic safety copies of your data inside its own storage on your device, so a copy survives if the app’s working storage is ever lost. Deyloq never sends them anywhere, but like the rest of the app’s data they can be included in your device’s own backup (iCloud or Google), which Apple’s or Google’s terms govern. Erase all data deletes them too.
Network connections
Deyloq does not connect to any server operated by us. The app uses the network only for:
- Purchases. In the App Store and Google Play versions, the app contacts RevenueCat when it starts and when you buy or restore a plan, to confirm which plan you have (see “App stores and purchases”).
- Links you open. Web links in your notes and library open in your device’s browser.
Notifications
Deyloq sends no push notifications and uses no messaging service. If you allow notifications, the Focus timer schedules a local alert on your device for the moment a session or break ends. Your device creates and delivers that alert; nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
App stores and purchases
Deyloq is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google process downloads and any purchases under their own privacy policies; we never receive your payment card details. Apple and Google may share aggregated, anonymous statistics with us (for example, the number of downloads) and, if you have opted in on your device, crash reports. These do not include the content you create in Deyloq.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and confirmed through RevenueCat, the service Deyloq uses to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, the details of your purchase or subscription and basic device and store information, so your plan can be confirmed and restored. It never receives the content you create in Deyloq. RevenueCat also uses these purchase records to give us subscription statistics (for example, how many people chose each plan); they are not linked to your identity. Its own privacy policy applies to that processing. To ask about, or ask us to delete, the purchase record kept for you, contact us.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party scripts, and its fonts are served from this site. Like any web host, our hosting provider processes standard technical information — such as your IP address and browser type — to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Children
Deyloq is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Apart from the anonymous purchase records described above, Deyloq collects no personal information from anyone.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA and Brazil’s LGPD give you rights to access, correct and delete personal data. Deyloq does not collect your content; it stays under your control on your device. The only record kept outside your device is the anonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat, which you can ask us to provide or delete. You can still contact us with any privacy question.
How long purchase records are kept
The purchase record is kept while your plan is active and, afterwards, for as long as it is needed to honour a lifetime purchase, restore a plan you paid for, handle refunds or disputes, prevent fraud and meet tax and accounting obligations. When you ask us to delete it, we delete the record from RevenueCat; Apple or Google keep their own transaction history under their terms, and we keep only what the law requires. Delete your data has the steps.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, note it in the app’s release notes.
